DETAILS
Rental time will start and end promptly upon the time booked. Make sure to account for set-up and breakdown in your rental time. We require payment in full at time of booking.
We have multiple booking options that cater to the needs of our various clientele. The hourly rental, 2-4 hours, is ideal for photographers, videographers, and content creators. Half-day rental, 5-8 hours, is perfect for corporate gatherings, workshops, professional filming, bridal showers, birthdays, and content batching. A full day reservation, 9-12 hours, is the best way to maximize your time for bespoke events, launch parties, specialty retreats and intimate gatherings.
For your connivence, our cleaning fee is included in the hourly cost.

PARKING
There is a paid public parking deck attached to the south side of our building. Paid and free street parking is located along the block. This is an active walking district and we are confident you will easily find parking for you and your guest.

Before booking, be sure to take advantage of our discounted weekday rates available every Monday through Wednesday. When selecting your preferred option, please choose the time that corresponds to the specific day of the week. We also offer special pricing when booking our space for 8 hours or more.
