Step into the Spring Equinox with our half day retreat designed to reset your nervous system through movement, connection and play. Or as we like to say the 3 S’s: Somatics. Sisterhood. Silliness. Our very own, Co-Founder, Rachel LaForce, (Creative Media Entrepreneur, Comedian and Speaker) will be joined by licensed child therapist, a mother of two children under 10, and a cycle starter, Ann Odom, of the.reprogrammed.parent and Robin Plemmons, colorful artist, writer, and comedian who isn’t afraid to talk about the hard sh*t- Crohn’s disease, trauma, ADHD, and recovery- all with a healthy dose of levity.
